England midfielder Barry has already apologised to the boss for his conduct last week, when he spent a raucous evening in St Andrews with team-mates Joe Hart, Shay Given and Adam Johnson, ending up in student accommodation.
Mancini was unimpressed by the incident, fuelling rumours of discontent within the City camp following Saturday's surprise defeat at Wolves.
Barry, however, has rubbished reports that senior figures within the Eastlands dressing room want the Italian manager out.
"The truth is that there is a group of players working together, working hard and working for the manager, trying to do the right things," Barry told City's official website.
"Everyone in that dressing room and that training complex wants to do their best for Manchester City Football Club."
Former Aston Villa man Barry accepts his and his colleagues' behaviour last week did not help to dampen speculation of a rift in the Blues camp.
"I regret that, it was naive of me. It shouldn't have happened," Barry explained of the trip to Scotland.
"I have apologised to the manager; we were in the wrong.
"We were also very disappointed to lose at Wolves but we know we are not in a desperate position."
Barry insists he and his team-mates will strive to make up for Saturday's defeat, starting with their Uefa Europa League clash against Lech Poznan in Poland on Thursday evening.
"It is important. As a group of players we let the club and the fans down at Wolves," he said.
"We are sorry for that but it is only one result and as a team we are now desperate to put that right. The best way of doing that is on the pitch with wins, starting on Thursday in the Europa League."
