Ameobi rues decision

Newcastle striker Shola Ameobi claims he should have been awarded a penalty during the game with Manchester City.
Ameobi went down in the box under the challenge of Lescott but referee Martin Atkinson waved play on, despite awarding a harsh spot-kick against Magpies defender Mike Williamson.
City went on to win the match 2-1 at Eastlands thanks to a fine finish from Adam Johnson, but Ameobi feels his side were hard done by.
"At the end, Joleon Lescott has slid into me in the box and has taken me out," he told the Newcastle Chronicle.
"I'm still trying to figure out why the referee hasn't given a penalty.
"Anywhere else on the pitch, and it's a free-kick.
"I think he felt the pressure from the crowd a little bit. Unfortunately, it's led to us not coming away with a valuable point."
He added: "We thought we fully deserved something out of the game. It was a tale of two penalties.
"We felt hard done by in the first half by the one that was given against us.
"Mike got the ball, but the referee didn't see it that way."
French winger Hatem Ben Arfa suffered a broken leg in the early stages of the game after a crunching challenge from Nigel De Jong, and Ameobi admits the injury shook the team.
"That took some of the steam out of the game," he remarked. "You never want to see anything like that - it was pretty sickening, his leg just dangling about like that.
"We wish him all the best. We know he'll be looked after."
