Holloway sorry for abuse

Blackpool manager Ian Holloway has apologised for verbally abusing referee Mike Dean in last weekend's defeat to Blackburn.
The Seasiders levelled matters late on through substitute Matt Phillips, but there was still time for Brett Emerton to stroke home the winner.
Holloway was livid with some free-kick decisions and gave the official a piece of his mind, actions that earned him an improper conduct charge from the Football Association.
The Blackpool tactician is finding it difficult to grasp why some free-kicks at Premier League level are awarded when only minimal contact is made.
Holloway was particularly unhappy with Michel Salgado and El Hadji Diouf's willingness to go to ground in last weekend's encounter.
He is now hoping to meet with league officials as part of an education process in order for him to let him defenders know what is and what is not acceptable.
"I swore when I shouldn't have sworn. I should be in control of what I say to people and that's my fault," he told Sky Sports News.
"That's that really. The referee should have been in control of what he said back to me. That'll all come out in the wash, basically.
"I've got to learn that at this level there are free-kicks that are given that I don't think in a million years are free-kicks.
"I really don't. I've watched them over and over again and I still don't think they are free-kicks.
"I've got to learn very, very quickly otherwise I'm going to be in a lot of trouble.
"My job is better to just stand there nice and calm and try see what I can do about tactics and let the referee get on with his job.
"I've got the main referee coming to look at the bits I'm confused about. It's no one else's fault, I'm confused about what's being given.
"If the referee's got a good mark and if the delegate has got a good mark and he did last Saturday then I must be wrong. So I've asked them to educate me on what is a foul at this level.
"Even watching Manchester United in Europe, I saw Michael Carrick, who is a fantastic lad, push a pass around someone go to run and got his arm just slightly touched and he fell over and he got a free-kick. So that's maybe what you do to emphasise the little push, the little shove, the little impediment. You have to make a meal of it.
"Last Saturday I saw someone make a meal of it nearly every time someone got near them. Salgado, Diouf. They got some free-kicks from it, so I'm pretty confused. I'd like explain to me why that's a foul. Then I'll show my defenders and say 'you can't do that'. Then I can move on and I can stop arguing.
"It all structurally makes sense. If I don't understand something and I'm going to fight for my lads, then I better shut up if I'm wrong.
"I was wrong last week. So I'd like them to explain why I'm wrong, apart from the swearing. You should not abuse anybody and I did. I'm bang out of order."
