The Welsh wizard hit the headlines a fortnight ago by notching a hat-trick against the European champions in the 4-3 loss in the San Siro.
He again ran Inter ragged in the 3-1 win at White Hart Lane on Tuesday, creating two goals and tormenting Maicon.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has made it clear Bale is not on the market and the Wales international has reiterated that he is not looking to leave.
He told Sky Sports News: "I'm just enjoying my football, I'm doing that, the team's playing really well, the manager's got confidence in all of us and he wants us to express ourselves and play the best that we can and I think we are all doing that and that's the positive for everybody."
Bale has come on leaps and bounds since getting an extended run in the side during this calendar year and he is looking to improve further.
He added: "I think I always had the belief in my ability that if I was given the chance like I did in January - I think before I had a lot of injuries, obviously wasn't getting too much game time - and I think being given the chance in January to play on a consistent basis and keep improving and get my match fitness up, and I think I got given that chance, and I always had that belief that I could do that if I did get given a chance and probably I've done that now.
"I'm happy at Tottenham, I'm enjoying my football, I think we've got a great young team, we've got a good manager and we're going in the right direction and I think everybody at the club wants to move forward and I think we've definitely got the squad to move forward and achieve bigger things."
Asked specifically if his head could be turned if Manchester United, Chelsea or Barcelona came calling, he replied: "As I said, I don't look at anything in the paper or the media or anything like that, I'm purely just concentrating on playing for Tottenham and doing my best for them and I just want to keep improving as a player.
"I'm learning in training, playing week in week out I'm learning in games - and I want to continue to do that and become a better player."
Bale added while the squad are keeping their feet on the ground, they want to go as far as they can in the Champions League and believe they can push for the Premier League title.
"We all believe that we're good enough (to win the title), we've got a great squad and we can challenge them but we have to prove that on the pitch.
"I think we're starting to play well now and hopefully we can kick on from the great result last night and take that into our league form."
