Jose happy with Real challenge

Jose Mourinho insists that he is coping well with the new challenge at Real Madrid.
Mourinho took charge of Spanish giants Madrid in the summer, having previously won domestic titles with Porto, Chelsea and Inter Milan.
He is now plotting Real's resurgence, and he was speaking on a visit back to London where he was inducted in the League Managers Association's Hall of Fame.
"In this moment, Real is a team of kids - I have a player of 32 and 29, after that a team of kids," he told Sky Sports News.
"I have to work with them and mix things, everyone says they are an incredible club - a galaticos circus, a club that is different - can he cope with it? and I am trying to prove I can.
"Step by step, stage by stage, this is a new challenge and it motivates me, trying to prove something, trying to achieve something and it makes me strong trying to do it."
Mourinho admitted he was delighted to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, following the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger, Sir Matt Busby and Bob Paisley.
"I am very proud of this because I am not British and I spent just over three years in the Barclays Premier League - which is not a significant time to create a big history," he said.
"But the time I spent here was the best time of my career so far - and that's despite winning the Champions League in Portugal and Italy.
"This is special for me as I get to see people I like very much and respect. I still have a home here and me and my family are still in love and will always be in love with this country. So to be back is almost to be at home."
United boss Ferguson, now 69, said last week he has no intention of retiring and 47-year-old Mourinho is also hoping for a long career in management.
"I hope he continues for years and I get to face him a few more times," he said.
"When I am in my 50s or 60s, I also see myself still in football with the same ambitions and desires. So I understand why he wants to continue. It was the same with Bobby Robson. I see myself continuing for many years."
